NOW BOOKING SUMMER 2025
We try to keep our availability calendars as updated as possible, but sometimes we may be a little late updating new bookings. Please email us with the dates you are interested in and we will let you know if they are still available.
Booking Details
For all rentals, a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, then the remaining 50% plus security deposit is due 30 days prior to your rental date. Your dates will not be held until the 50% deposit is received.
Payments can be made by e-transfer (preferred) to BiggsCottageRentals@gmail.com or via credit card (upon request). Credit Card payment will have a 3% service fee added to each transaction.
Rates
In the peak summer season, we try to have renters from Friday to Friday, but we understand that not everyone will be able to do a full week. Send us an email to inquire about shorter rental periods.
ALL rentals are subject to a $1,000 security deposit, that will be refunded to you within 7 days of the end of your rental, provided the cottage was left in the same condition you received it in.
Peak Summer Season - $500/night (minimum 6 nights, 7 days)
Peak Summer Season Short Rental - $550/night
Spring/Fall - $350/night
Winter - $250/night
Peak Summer Season (May Long Weekend to Labour Day Weekend)
Spring (April to May, until the Long weekend)
Fall (September, after Labour Day, to November)
Winter (December to March)
** We allow two dogs per rental, any additional dogs will be subject to approval and an additional fee of $50 each **
